What is the giving tuesday Giveaway?
Our Giving Tuesday Giveaway is a fundraising event to benefit single mothers who aspire to attend four-year, accredited universities, but lack the funding to do so. We’ve established a scholarship for applicants who fit our criteria and could use your help to bolster the scholarship. Donate and not only will you be contributing to the San Francisco Alumnae Delta Community Foundation scholarship, but you’ll also receive a chance to win the Giveaway prize.
How Does it Work?
Donate by November 17th and you’ll automatically be entered into our raffle - with TWO chances to win. The first drawing is November 19th live on Zoom. The winning entry receives the prize (details below).
If you don’t win on the 19th, don’t despair. All donors will be automatically re-entered for another chance to win in our second-chance drawing on December 3rd! You may also partake solely in the second drawing if you donate by November 30th.
Naturally, there are ways to increase your odds - more on that below.
What Might I WIN?
The winner receives 3+ nights in a condo for four at the Tahiti Village Resort & Spa, an island-inspired oasis located on Las Vegas Boulevard less than two miles from the celebrated Las Vegas Strip.
The winner of our first drawing on November 19th will receive a four-night stay, to be applied December 2nd - 5th, 2021 (checking out on Dec. 6th). The winner of our second-chance drawing on December 3rd receives a three-night stay, to be applied December 20th-22nd, 2021 (checking out on December 23rd).
How Can I Improve My Odds?
Improve your odds of winning by purchasing in bundles, as outlined below:
1 raffle chance =$100
3 raffle chances = $250
7 raffle chances = $500
11 raffle chances = $750
15 raffle chances = $1,000
Can I Watch the Drawings Live?
All entrants will be invited by email to join us LIVE via Zoom as we draw the winning tickets on November 19th and December 3rd. The drawing will take place as follows:
Drawing #1= 11/19 @ 7pm
Drawing #2= 12/3 @ 7pm

Please consider that USPS is experiencing delays of more than one (1) week in some areas.
To be entered into the first (1st) raffle on November 19, 2021, your check must be received by November 17, 2021.
If received after November 17th, you will be automatically eligible and entered into the second (2nd) raffle drawing on December 3, 2021.
For entry into the second (2nd) raffle, your check must be received by November 30. 2021. Donations received after November 30, 2021 will not be eligible; however, every donor will receive tax exempt donation credit.
